Planning a cruise event can seem like a lot to handle, especially for anyone that happens to be someone that appreciates and/or requires control. Here are answers to common questions about cruise events:
Q: Are passports and/or visas required?
A: It depends, so be sure to ask the cruise line representative and/or the concierge service. In some cases it will be possible to take a cruise without a passport/visa, but one might be limited to staying on-ship.
Q: How will people get to and from the ports of call?
A: An airplane might be required to get the first port of call, but additional ports of call typically come with shuttle service.
Q: Are my meals paid for?
A: In most cases, yes. Special meals may or may not be covered depending upon the arrangements. Special meals are often subject to special fees, but they tend to be the exception rather than the rule.
Q: What is not paid for on all-inclusive cruise events and/or meetings?
